Now those who have suffered personal injuries and who have filed personal injury lawsuits have a new means to pay for surgery. Surgery financing or surgery funding advances are a no-lose solution for plaintiffs and plaintiffs' attorneys. As is the case with traditional pre-settlement lawsuit funding, surgery financing is non-recourse. This means that there are no up-front payments, no monthly payments, and no repayment unless the case is successful. As a result, more and more plaintiffs are using surgery financing to pay for their surgeries and related costs.
