It reports on the growing trend of providing lawsuit advances to help plaintiffs and plaintiffs' attorneys have their day in court. It also mentions that Esquire Bank®, founded by some of the founders of LawCash, is the first bank dedicated to financing attorneys, and that banks are increasingly becoming involved in the litigation funding industry.
