LAWCASH IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER LAWSUIT FUNDING COMPANIES

LawCash has become the nation’s largest lawsuit funding company by providing funding in the most responsible and conservative manner possible. We advance only up to 10% of the estimated value of the case in pre-settlement funding for plaintiffs. We established our “10% rule” to make sure that plaintiffs and attorneys felt no extra pressure to settle the cases in which LawCash provides lawsuit funding.

LawCash purposely makes ultra-conservative estimates of the value of lawsuits, so that we can ensure that plaintiffs’ lawsuit funding advances go toward living expenses and other necessary bills and do not excessively reduce settlement values. LawCash offers plaintiffs the option of rolling contracts, which allow for smaller monthly payments of advances instead of one lump sum payments. Rolling contracts carry lower usage fees and promote greater fiscal responsibility. We do everything we can to ensure plaintiffs and attorneys the greatest take-away amount at the end of the lawsuit.

In 2003, we established the LawCash Advisory Board. Present and past State Bar Association Presidents from around the country, including former ATLA President, Richard Hailey, serve on the LawCash Advisory Board. The LawCash Advisory Board acts as a focus group, providing state-of-the-art advice on how we can provide the best lawsuit funding services. Many former trial attorneys work at LawCash. We know what your concerns are and are sensitive to the needs of trial attorneys, especially as they relate to case costs and cash flow issues.

“The work being done by LawCash is of extreme value to the legal profession and to the clients we represent, and I applaud the manner in which LawCash is carrying out its responsibilities."

John Romano, Esq.
Past President, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers

“When a company like LawCash funds a value equal to about 10% of the client’s case, the client still has an incentive to cooperate and to be reasonable at pre-trial and settlement stages.”

Gregory T. Cerchione, Esq.
President of the Brooklyn Bar Association.

"I like the organization (LawCash) because it provides access to cash that would otherwise be extremely difficult to obtain from insurance companies, which have always had the upper hand."

Bertha Lewis
Executive director of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN)
