Sometime ago the principals of LawCash recognized that attorneys, primarily trial attorneys paid far more for their malpractice insurance than they need to. Allied Esquire Insurance Agency was created to alleviate this problem. We are a full service brokerage agency for attorneys and law firms. When I say full service, we not only handle malpractice insurance, which is what we specialize in, we also have the capabilities of handling all business and personal insurance that a law firm or attorney would need. What we do is, we shop, we will market the insurance to about 20 plus different insurance companies that we work with and we will use the competition between the companies as well as the large volume of attorneys that we work with to ensure that we get the best possible insurance at the lowest price for our clients. Often times, this has resulted in savings from there 20 to 30%, sometimes more, of what they were previously paying for the same coverage. We will not change the coverage at all, unless we determine with the client that the coverage what they previously had really was not one was most appropriate for them. Because in addition to being a license insurance broker, I am also an attorney and what I will do, is I can evaluate my client’s needs as compared to the coverages being offered and what we will find is, is that we have really get them the best coverage that they can.
